Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

All physical orders can be return within 60 days of purchase.  All downloadable merchandise sales are not refundable.

Shipping charges and other additional cost of return are not refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.  Please email borderlesssitches@gmail.com immediately if you receive the wrong item, or   item is damaged or defective.

To return an item, email to borderlessstitches@gmail.com. The email must include your order number, reason for return and attached image of the item.  Returning items without emailing return request will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we received and inspect the item. An email will send to you notifying if the refund was approved or not.  Once it approved, refund will be processed through original payment method.
