KMSP Group, LLC is not responsible for any opinion, advice, information, or statement made by third parties users and is not liable for any loss or damage cause by your reliance on such materials.

Transactions, Billing and Delivery Information

You and we each agree that any proceeding, whether in arbitration or in court, will not be conduct in class, consolidated or representative action.

If for any reason the dispute or claim proceed in court, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.
